Contact

If you contact us by email, we store your information electronically for processing your inquiry and for any possible follow-up questions.

We wish to point out that data transmission via the Internet currently essentially takes place in an unsecured form. It is possible that transmitted data might be read and perhaps even falsified by unauthorized persons. We therefore recommend that you use the postal service for any confidential information.

We use filters against unwanted advertising (“spam filters”) that may, in rare cases, also incorrectly automatically categorize normal emails as unwanted advertising and delete them. Emails that include malicious software (such as viruses or Trojans) are always automatically deleted by us.

Use of our Website

When you visit our website, our web servers will by default store the IP address of your Internet service provider, the website you were at before you visited us, which pages you have visited on our website, and the date and duration of the visit. This information is absolutely necessary for the technical transmission of the webpages and the safe operation of the server. This data is not evaluated on a personal basis.

Data you send us by contact form will be stored on our servers in the course of data backup. Your data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing your inquiry. Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be given to third parties.

Personal data means data relating to you. This includes your name, address, and email address. You do not have to disclose any personal data to use our website.

In some cases (see inquiry form), we require your name and address and other information to provide you with the requested service.

The same applies when we send you information material upon request or when we respond to your inquiry. In addition, we only store the data provided automatically or voluntarily by you. When you use our services, we generally only collect the data necessary for providing you with our service. We may ask you for further information, but this is on a voluntary basis. Whenever we process personal data, we do this in order to provide you with our service or to pursue our commercial goals.

This anonymized data is stored on secure systems, separately from personal data, and cannot be attributed to any individual. This means that your personal data remains protected at all times.

Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API, a map service by Google Inc. (“Google”), for displaying an interactive map and for planning journeys. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

By using Google Maps, information regarding your use of this website (including your IP address) can be sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may share the information obtained from Google Maps with third parties, as far as this is required by law or as far as third parties process these data on behalf of Google.

Google will never associate your IP address with any other Google data. Despite this, it is still technically possible for Google to identify at least individual users based on the data obtained. Personal data and the personality profiles of website users could be processed for different purposes by Google, over which we do not and cannot have any control. You have the option of simply deactivating the Google Maps service to prevent this data transfer to Google by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. Nevertheless, we wish to point out that in this case, the map will not be displayed on our website.

The Google Privacy Policy & Additional Terms of Service for Google Maps can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/en_en/help/terms_maps.html.
